Our Company takes great care to ensure our products are free of
defects in workmanship and materials*.

We will repair or replace, at our factory, within two years of delivery to original purchaser, any defect deemed so upon our examination, to be a manufacturer's defect.

Our obligation is contingent upon proper use of product. Any misuse, negligence, accident or tampering of product voids this warranty.

*Note: Warranty of fabric cover is limited to that provided by manufacturer of fabric.
